The Action: LucidQuest supported the workshop preparation and facilitation.

LucidQuest conducted extensive desk-based secondary research to create in-depth competitor and product profiles and followed up with targeted primary intelligence on key, shortlisted competitors to gain further insights into their operational strategies and market standing.

We then proceeded to create an extensive briefing book for the (virtual) workshop participants. During the workshop, we reviewed the competitive threats with the client’s team and played out different competitive scenarios.
