The Challenge: Taking away key industry insights during a large international conference.

A medium-sized Pharmaceutical company asked LucidQuest to support them with primary intelligence collection during ESMO.

The main focus was on the oncology biosimilars space, specifically late-stage clinical and launched assets.

The Action: Close collaboration with the client and primary intelligence during the conference.

LucidQuest worked together with the brand team to develop hypotheses about the competitors’ clinical development, commercial plans, and future activities, which it then pressure-tested using primary intelligence during the meeting.

We also employed our primary intelligence collection tool, enabling us to supercharge collection of insights vs. the usual in-person coverage.

The result: Clinical development program adaptations based on the latest competitive intelligence gathered at the conference.

The client received a forward-looking view of the oncology biosimilars’ competitive landscape and was able to conduct a post-conference strategic simulation workshop, which LucidQuest also facilitated, based on collected insights. 

Finally, considering all the competitive intelligence gathered at the conference and shared through the conference report and during the workshop, our client had the necessary information to adapt their clinical development program to the upcoming changes in the landscape.
