The Action: Research on the leading vaccine players to unveil their best practices
LucidQuest conducted research targeting other leading vaccine players in each of our client’s geographies of interest, aiming to collect insights around best practices employed, both on the commercial operations as well as the internal organizational setup for each leading player.
We identified parameters and activities that were important success factors of competing vaccine players (in their respective geographies) and produced a “roadmap” for our client.
The Result: A well-informed organizational restructuring strategy across the EU and APAC
The client utilized our roadmap to get a reliable understanding of the competitive environment and marketplace and used our findings and insights to successfully restructure part of their organization in the EU and APAC to further improve their competitive position in those geographies.
