- LucidQuest and NexusBrain may process sensitive information (health information) under the lawful basis of explicit consent in relation to the research work the company performs and for human resources purposes, such as personality assessments, occupational accommodations and benefits administration.
We do not intend to collect personal information online from children under the age of 13 or as defined by local legal requirements. The only exception to this is when we conduct research under the legal basis of explicit consent.
LucidQuest and NexusBrain retain personal data, as necessary, for the duration of the relevant business relationship or activity.
We may also retain personal data for longer than the duration of the business relationship or activity to: protect ourselves against legal claims, use the data for analysis or historical record-keeping, or comply with our information management policies and schedules.

LucidQuest engages in regular business development activities. As part of our business model, LucidQuest may also be contracted to provide research to its clients. The sources we use to obtain data subjects’ personal data are publicly available and include study, university and hospital websites, conference programs, academic articles, social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.), search engines (Google, Bing etc.) and other online sources of information.
